Publicity Group served as a sub-implementer alongside TBSC Consulting under the Georgia Human and Institutional Capacity Development Activity led by Kaizen, a Tetra Tech company. The assignment focused on strengthening the strategic communication capacities of leading organizations working on elections and political processes, including ISFED, GYLA, Transparency International Georgia, EECMD, GIP, and PMMG.

Our teams conducted comprehensive communication assessments with selected organizations to identify institutional gaps and operational challenges. Based on these findings, tailored analytical reports were produced to inform both short-term communication needs linked to the 2021 local elections and longer-term externally focused strategies. We developed strategic communication plans supported by actionable roadmaps to ensure institutionalization beyond the project lifecycle. Intensive group trainings were delivered alongside individual coaching and mentoring sessions for communications teams. As a result, participating organizations strengthened their ability to plan, implement, and sustain effective public communication in politically sensitive environments.
