Publicity Group implemented a ten-month public outreach campaign for the EU-funded Inclusive Financial Systems in Georgia project designed to support the growth and development of income generation activities of the vulnerable populations, particularly small-scale farmers, women, internally displaced persons (IDPs) and resettled persons, through providing them with the access to microfinance from selected partner microfinance organizations, provisioning of business advisory services to enhance the business skill capacities of the IFSG’s potential borrowers and loan recipients. The campaign supported vulnerable populations across Shida Kartli, Mtskheta-Mtianeti, and Samegrelo–Zemo Svaneti regions. We developed and executed a comprehensive communication strategy to promote access to microfinance and business advisory services. Promotional materials were designed and distributed nationwide, including print assets and branded items. Media briefings were organized for 60 journalists and 30 microfinance and training providers in Zugdidi, Gori, and Tbilisi. Our team placed advertisements, PSAs, radio spots, and press releases in local and national media outlets. The campaign significantly increased awareness of financial inclusion opportunities and strengthened project visibility.

Publicity Group delivered full event management services for the scientific conference “New Ways of Treatment of Rheumatics Arthritis,” organized on behalf of Hoffmann-La Roche. The conference introduced the medication Actemra to the Georgian healthcare market. We managed all planning stages, with particular focus on media relations and press coordination. Journalists were personally invited and hosted during the event, supported by professional media materials and press releases. Fifteen print and electronic media outlets attended and covered the conference. The event featured a keynote presentation by Cambridge University expert Andrew Ostar alongside 70 Georgian medical professionals. As a result, the conference achieved strong professional visibility and effective media dissemination.

Publicity Group delivered event management and media relations services to support the rebranding of Tbilisi Referral Hospital under the initiative “Polish Professionals for Georgian People.” The project included organizing master classes and free surgeries conducted by foreign medical specialists. We facilitated high-level meetings between visiting professionals and Georgian government officials to introduce modern treatment approaches. A large-scale medical conference was organized in Tbilisi, bringing together healthcare professionals and media representatives. Publicity Group managed all media relations, including the filming of a model surgery for educational dissemination. Public service announcements were produced to inform target audiences about the initiative and hospital’s capabilities. The campaign reinforced the hospital’s positioning as a leading medical institution with advanced infrastructure and expertise.

Publicity Group supported Medical Clinic Dento Club in entering Georgia’s competitive dental services market through comprehensive branding and communication services. We developed a full brand platform that defined the clinic’s positioning, values, and visual identity. A detailed brand book was created to ensure consistency across all communication materials. Our work included designing corporate and promotional assets for regular engagement with patients and stakeholders. Media and communication planning was aligned with the clinic’s growth objectives. The branding process emphasized trust, professionalism, and patient-centered care. As a result, Dento Club launched with a clear and credible market presence.

Publicity Group managed the official events marking the 20th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in Georgia on behalf of UNICEF. The program included a press conference, a photo exhibition of children’s artwork, live music, and educational seminars. We coordinated performances by the Fingers Theatre and interactive sessions for children. Our team handled all stages of event planning, including promotional materials and guest coordination. Media relations were actively managed to ensure broad coverage. The event was attended by parliamentarians, ambassadors, donors, and representatives of international organizations. Seventeen national media outlets covered the anniversary, reinforcing advocacy for children’s rights.

Publicity Group delivered a communication campaign in support of the Georgia Race for the Cure®, held at Turtle Lake in Tbilisi as part of the Healthy Women in Georgia Program financed by the U.S. government. The event was organized by the Women Wellness Care Alliance HERA in partnership with Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, with the National Screening Center and the John Snow Research and Training Institute serving as presenting sponsors. Acting as both PR lead and communication campaign sponsor, we designed and implemented the project’s full public relations strategy. The campaign aimed to raise nationwide awareness of breast cancer and promote the importance of early detection among women in Georgia. Our scope included the creation of promotional materials such as flyers, posters, banners, and invitations, ensuring consistent visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints. We also planned and executed the integrated communication and advertising campaign, maintaining intensive media relations throughout the project lifecycle. As a result, the initiative achieved strong media coverage and elevated public visibility for breast health advocacy in Georgia.
